After leading strategy across beauty, wellness, and travel, I’m opening space for new consulting opportunities with Ludlow Social. Here's a look at some of my recent work:
Led influencer casting + strategy for a wellness brand’s national launch (live this month!)
Built an evergreen creator program for a beauty aesthetics brand — now producing 3x monthly content

📲 What’s On My Radar
1️⃣ Hulu’s Secret Lives of Mormon Wives — have you checked it out yet? The fashion & beauty integrations from BareMinerals and Marc Jacobs caught my eye. I loved this interview from In Her Words Podcast with the legendary Lisa Filipelli – an Emmy-nominated exec and Partner at Select Management Group - for an inside look at the pitch-to-phenomenon journey with the show.
2️⃣ Wedding season is here, and you know what that means… #content! Influencer Jazmyn Smith (472K TikTok followers) took over my feed with her wedding series, with what may be the highest volume of content posted in real-time about her big day. Here’s a BTS video on how she did it. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… influencers are the most cost efficient marketing channel, and these creators KNOW how to capture an audience's attention.
3️⃣ New podcasts. Really enjoying my morning rotation of podcasts lately, including The Best One Yet, The Daily, WSJ What’s News for a mix of business and pop culture news. Plus, this podcast episode with Jay Shetty and Jake Shane on love and vulnerability really stuck with me.
4️⃣ IRL events. I’ll be at the Glossy Pop Wellness event in NYC on May 29. Drop me a note if you’ll be there and say hi!
