Identify ambassadors for Sephora through a one-of-it’s-kind application on SephoraSquad.com to discover both emerging and established voices that champions diversity. Focus on beauty lovers, trailblazers, and influencers—no matter the following size—who share the retailer’s values of belonging, acceptance, and beauty of all kinds.

CHALLENGE:

Build a network of creators who will excite brands sold at Sephora looking for influencers to partner with. Propel Sephora as a resource to its brand partners.

STRATEGY:

Develop a legacy program that will scale year-over-year with annual partnerships across beauty influencers and Sephora employees. Influencers will be casted into campaigns to support ongoing retailer needs, tentpole moments, social takeovers, launches, and events
